ABOUT COACH STEPHEN
Hello there!
My name is Stephen Bassett, certified personal coach at 3-Pillar Coaching. I am an Air Force veteran and a father of four. I hold a Bachelor of Innovation in Business degree from The University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. I graduated with honors and am a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success. I spent a long time in and around the business world. I had some failures, and some successes. I learned as much, if not more, from the failures as I did from the successes.
Now, I am an experienced and certified Personal Health and Life Coach. My journey began in 1989 when I was injured while in the Air Force and left paralyzed. My world had changed forever. I thought my life was over. But I was not willing to give up and the universe put people in my path that taught me how to switch my perspective and allowed me to charge forward on a new path.
Eventually, after having life kick me in the teeth many times and coming out the other side better and stronger, I decided to use my talent, knowledge, experience, and training to serve others. I knew the powerful elements of mindset, habit change, and self-awareness I learned many years ago from coaches, mentors, and amazing influences in my life that had turned my life around and got me unstuck could be used to help others achieve the life they want. But I wanted to know more. So, I did a deep dive into the world of health and personal improvement through extensive self-education and formal education and training.
Finally, more than 4 years ago, I decided to coach professionally. It was time for me to give back and serve others through deep and powerful coaching! As a coach, it is my mission and purpose to have the patience, understanding, and courage to take my clients deep, and guide them on a journey which step by step rekindles the fire within, and through insight and a shifting perspective, changes the way they see their world, so they go out and create the life they desire.
Remember, I am on this journey with you!
